ESTEVAN — The Estevan RCMP and other emergency crews responded to a collision near the junction of Highways 39 and 47 north of the city May 6.
Investigation determined a van and a heavy-duty truck collided. Minor injuries were reported to police.
After investigation, the van driver was ticketed for proceeding through an intersection when it was unsafe to do so.
The affected portion of the highway was closed for some time during the response to the collision.
