The Carnduff RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance with suspicious individuals spotted in the community.
According to a post on the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network, in the early morning hours on April 30, at approximately 12:30 a.m., two males were observed to be loitering around and engaged in suspicious activity on Second Street West in the town.
The presence and activity of the individuals was observed and promptly reported.
“The Carnduff RCMP wishes to highlight and commend the concerned community member who recognized and reported the suspicious behaviour. This is a demonstration of looking out for ourselves while valuing the integrity of our neighbours and community,” the RCMP wrote in the post.
“The tremendous value of concerned citizens acting in a capacity as extra eyes and ears for the police cannot be overstated. Everyone is encouraged to be mindful of suspicious activity, people, and vehicles; and promptly report it to your nearest RCMP Detachment..”
