MOOSE JAW — “I’ve always wondered what it would be like to win big!”Moose Jaw resident Keith Littler said about checking the winning ticket numbers for the April 8 Western Max draw online and discovering he was about to be $500,000 richer!
Littler confirmed that it is, indeed, “neat.”
To be sure he really was about to become half a million dollars richer, Littler checked his tickets once more before sharing the news with his wife.
“She couldn’t believe it,” recalled Littler.
“I was calm. I didn’t want to break a hip!” he added with a laugh.
Now that Littler knows what it’s like to win big, he is still deciding what he would like to do with his windfall.
Littler matched the winning numbers for one of the $1 million prizes drawn for the April 8 Western Max draw and will split the prize with a ticket bought in Alberta. Both tickets shared the winning numbers 3, 7, 10, 27, 41, 49 and 50.
The winning ticket was purchased on April 6 from Circle K located at 526 9 Ave. SW in Moose Jaw.
