The April perogy supper held by Stan’s Perogies will be a fundraiser for Souris School’s playground project.
The perogy supper will be held on Thursday, April 6 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Weyburn Curling Rink, upstairs in the lounge, with all proceeds to be donated to Souris School and their School Community Council.
The fundraiser has a goal of $4,000, with plans for the funds to be used to buy pea rock and new swings for the playground at Souris School.
The safety of the students is main priority of the SCC, as the intent is to provide a safety pad for the playground along with new swings.
