The Estevan Badminton Club kicked off a new season on Oct. 20.
Games will happen Wednesdays at Spruce Ridge School’s gymnasium and Sundays at the Estevan Comprehensive gym throughout the winter months. Play starts at 7 p.m. at both venues and everyone is welcome to attend.
Nets and shuttles are provided and racquets are also available.
All participants need to bring is a pair of indoor running or court shoes. A seasonal membership is available and participants can also pay a nightly drop-in fee.
Either way badminton is a very inexpensive way to get some exercise and have some fun.
