The Big Six Hockey League will be getting a little bigger in the 2018-19 senior hockey season as the Kipling/Windthorst Oil Kings have jumped into the league from the Highway Hockey League.
The league will still have nine teams from last year, including defending champion Redvers Rockets, who won their first ever league title breaking a two year run of championships won by the Wawota Flyers.
The Big Six league also includes the Arcola/Kisbey Combines, the Bienfait Coalers, the Carlyle Cougars, the Carnduff Red Devils, the Midale Mustangs, the Oxbow Huskies and the Yellow Grass Wheat Kings.
