Coach McMillan honoured at ceremony

Former Weyburn Red Wing Coach Dwight McMillan was inducted into the Walk of Fame at a ceremony held at City Hall on June 20. McMillan was honoured in the Athletics and Recreation category, for his 37 year dedication to the team.

Former Weyburn Red Wing Coach Dwight McMillan was inducted into the Walk of Fame at a ceremony held at City Hall on June 20. McMillan was honoured in the Athletics and Recreation category, for his 37 year dedication to the team. His career included winning over 1000 games and bringing two national championships home to Weyburn. Coach McMillan was also inducted into the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Hall of Fame in 2009.
