A session of the Deep South barrel racing jackpot series was held on Tuesday evening at the Weyburn fairgrounds, with riders from throughout the southeast taking part.
The barrel-racing event was also a feature at the Weyburn Fair held in mid-July, helping to replace the cancelled Souris River Rodeo which has been a favourite draw at the Fair in recent years.
Riders took part from the youngest age in the peewee category up to adults, with a payout to the top riders in each category.
