The Estevan Comprehensive School Elecs senior girls nearly pulled out a win over the top ranked Melfort Comets but fell 60-56 in the 4A girls final at Hoopla.
The third-ranked Elecs and Comets exchanged leads a few times in the game and ECS had a two point lead with a minute to go at Prince Albert St. Mary's gym.But a late three-point shot and a free throw for Melfort gave them the lead and the win.
