MIDALE - The Estevan U11 Predators took the gold in the Midale U11 tournament this past weekend.
Estevan opened the tournament with three straight victories over Weyburn teams, winning 9-3, 14-2 and 11-2 on Jan. 22 and 23.
The final was against another Estevan team, the Vipers. It was a close game, with lots of back and forth action, but the Predators prevailed 6-5.
