The Estevan Golden Eels swim club remains the class of the summer speed swimming programs in the province.
The Eels captured the provincial championship for the fifth consecutive year on the weekend. They finished with 1,271 points, which left them 213 points clear of the second place Humboldt Hammerheads, who finished with 1,058 points.
The Regina Piranhas were third with 761 points.
Provincials were held in Rosetown this year.
