Weyburn Southern Range Gold Wing forward, Jenna Grube, was awarded the third star in the Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League's stars for the month of October.
Jenna is a rookie from Estevan who put up four goals and five assists in the month of October, which puts her tied for second in league scoring.
Gold Wings' coach, Chad Kish, commented, "This rookie has come in and has continued to improve week by week. She is tied for the lead on the Wings in points averaging a point per game, but it is her dedication to both ends of the rink that most impresses me about this young player. She has a calmness about her that just seems to help the girls around her and is definitely a nice surprise early in this young season."
