The Weyburn High School Rodeo was held last weekend at the Weyburn exhibition grounds.
The winners in the junior events were:
Chute Dogging, Jud Colliness; Boys Breakaway, Dallyn Panchuk; Ribbon Roping, Dallyn Panchuk and Amy Bowditch; Girls Breakaway, Shana Froshaug; Team Roping Shana Froshaug and Riley McClintock; Steer Riding, Colt Kornfeld; Barrels, Amy Bowditch; Pole Bending, Shana Froshaug; Girls Goat Tying, Amy Bowditch; and Boys Goat Tying, Colt Kornfeld.
In the senior events, the winners were:
Saddle Bronc, Tyson Thue; Tie Down Roping, Riley Hayes; Barrels, Calonna Slade; Steer Wrestling, Tyce McLeod; Girls Breakaway, Rybecca Panchuk; Team Roping, Logan Delinte and Bryan Symington; Girls Goat Tying, Lausanne Hilmuth; Bull Riding, J.B. Moen; and Pole Bending, Makayla Moen.
The Brendan Hack Memorial buckle was presented to Tyson Thue.
