Both games ended early in the first round of the playoffs at the SaskTel Tankard at Affinity Place Friday night.
The 1-2 Page Playoff match was won 7-1 after seven ends by Colton Flasch over Brock Virtue, meaning he’ll get a bye to Sunday’s Tankard final. Steve Laycock won 8-2 over Scott Bitz in the other playoff game, which ended after eight ends.
Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., Laycock will play Virtue in the semifinal in the only match of the morning, with the winner playing Flasch.
