The Estevan Peewee Bear Cats took a trip to Gull Lake last weekend and got a point out of it.
The Bear Cats lost 7-1 Saturday to the Southwest Cyclones and tied 4-4 Sunday to the Cyclones.
Lauren Hassler's goal at 6:57 of the first period tied the game for the Bear Cats but they surrendered the next six goals. Emmy Rae took the loss in net.
A four-goal second period helped earn the Bear Cats the tie Sunday. Hassler and Madison Mack scored, as did Morgan Kjersem with a pair. Jacey Farr added a pair of assists. Rae was in net for the tie.
