The February 21 game between the Weyburn Red Wings and the Melville Millionaires at Crescent Point Place was the eighth of 11 SaskEnergy game nights.

SaskEnergy’s Goals for KidSport program donates $20.00 for every home team goal scored during the SJHL season (up to $1000.00) to KidSport. As of February 15, a total of 932 goals have been scored, which means $18,640 has already been donated to KidSport Saskatchewan.

As part of the evening, SaskEnergy awarded the SaskEnergy Volunteer Champion Award. This award is presented in each of the SJHL’s 12 team’s home rinks to the individual who has shown the most dedication and community support for their local team.
