The South East Aaron Well Servicing midget AA Goldwings female hockey team picked up three of a possible four points on a northern road trip.
On Nov. 2 they played the Prince Albert Foxes. The Goldwings won the game 2-1 but outshot the Foxes 60-18. Goals came from Brynn Kuntz and Gracie Hillrud, and Kara Zelyck had the win in net.
The following day, the Goldwings played Saskatoon Comet Legends in a battle of undefeated teams in league play, as the Goldwings are first in the South Division and Saskatoon is first in the North Division. Each team had a 5-0 record to start the season.
Saskatoon took the lead by scoring with 61 seconds to play in the second period, but the Goldwings fought back hard in the third period and were rewarded at the 13:02 mark with Kendra Kotylak scouring the goal. There were a lot of good chances both ways near the end of the game.
Kara Zelyck stopped 37 of the 38 shots she faced. The Goldwings had 58 shots themselves.

The South East TS&M midget A Goldwings also picked up three of a possible four points, defeating the Prairie Storm Thunder 3-2 on Nov. 1, and tying the Saskatoon Comet Rush 2-2 two days later in Midale.
Kenna Hagel scored 5 1/2 minutes into the third period for the winning goal against the Thunder. Paige Anderson and Alyssa Fisher had their other goals.
All four goals in the game against the Rush were scored in the third period. Trista Stadnick and Macy Cugnet had the Goldwings goals.
Aaliyah McLean was in goal for both games.

The South East Bert Baxter Transport bantam AA Goldwings were defeated 4-1 by the Northwest Sharks on Nov. 2 and 7-3 on Nov. 3.
Chloe Stewart had the lone goal in the first game.
The Sharks raced out to a 4-0 lead in the first period of the second game before Katelyn Thackeray and Jasmine Kohl scored for the Goldwings.
Rori Dickie had the Wings other goal in the third period.
J’Anne Colbow was in goal for both games.

The Estevan bantam A Bearcats dropped a 17-4 decision to the Parkland Fire on Nov. 3 in Melville.
Hailey Gardiner opened the scoring for the Bearcats midway through the first. Ashton Bender, Jordon Kerntopf and Delainey Knoll had the other goals.
Emmey Rae was in goal.

The Estevan Atom Senchuk Bearcats split games in Weyburn on the weekend. They defeated the Weyburn Gold Wings 5-2 on Nov. 2, but lost 4-2 to the Weyburn Blizzards the following day.
