The Editor:
A couple of weeks after the Green Party of Saskatchewan (GPS) first took up the cause of the Morris family of Lampman and their impounded truck, the truck has finally been released.
This is not only a great day for the Morris family but for all Saskatchewan people. Being able to own and protect property is fundamental to our way of life. The outcome of this two-year ordeal for the Morris family should restore our faith in the system.
Premier Brad Wall deserves a sincere thank you for going to bat for the Morris family, to help them get their vehicle back.
The Premier deserves credit for intervening on behalf of Alison and her family. If he had not helped free the vehicle, it would have been destroyed.
