The Editor:
As we are about to engage in a contract with the previous garbage collector, I sure hope that the City addresses the problems we have had with this contractor. This was displayed at the last open house that was held with a great deal of authority.
The city manager signed the agreement and the company trucks never did comply with all the regulations that were listed and if we are expected to tolerate this kind of workmanship continuing, your problems will really cause an uproar by the citizens Remember you are representing the people of the city.
