To the Editor:
It was with considerable pleasure that my wife and I read your editorial piece entitled, “Is Pierre’s son a dictator?”
We concur in your assessment of Mr. Trudeau’s policy concerning the condition for providing federal grants.
It is preposterous that the government should impose the commitment to a belief as a precondition to obtaining some available right or privilege.
Trudeau may not be a full-fledged dictator, but his tendencies in that regard are wrong and unfortunate.
