Sask Cup BMX Grands and Championships arrive in Regina

As many as 125 of the top BMX racers will be in Regina throughout the weekend for the Sask Cup Provincial Race Series.

Racers are at the ready for the 2025 Sask Cup BMX Grands and Championships.

As many as 125 of the top BMX racers will be in Regina throughout the weekend for the Sask Cup Provincial Race Series.

The Sask Cup BMX Race Series, authorized by the Sask Cycling Association, comprises provincial races ending with the Grands. Points are accumulated throughout the series, with provincial P-Plates granted at the Grands event.

This weekend’s event runs on Saturday and Sunday and will welcome Saskatchewan’s top BMX riders. Competitors ranging from five years-old to those over 50 will participate in novice, intermediate, and expert categories on Saturday.

The Saskatchewan Showdown will determine the top 8 rankings within each age group on Sunday.

The races will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the competitions kicking off at 11 a.m.
