Tourism Saskatchewan reminds amateur and professional photographers that September 15 is the final day to enter the ExploreSask Photo Contest.
Prizes will be awarded in six categories, highlighting Saskatchewan’s natural splendour, unique attractions, colourful events and the remarkable spirit of its people and communities. The six categories are: City Life, Events and Festivals, Outdoor Fun, Park Adventures, Prairie Life, and Woods and Water.
The prize-winning photographer, in each category, will receive a $250 gift card for Don’s Photo, which can be used at any of their locations in western Canada. The Grand Prize winner, selected from the six category winners, will receive an additional $250 Don’s Photo gift card. There will also be five honourable mention prizes in each category.
Photographers may also participate on Instagram and Twitter by using the category hashtags announced online by Tourism Saskatchewan. Submissions will be displayed in an online gallery open for comments or to share with friends.
