2012 brings new people and a new outlook to the Canadian Nationals this season for the Yamalube Schrader's SMX Racing team.
Owners/Managers Jackie and Randy Maffenbeier are pleased to announce the continued support of MX1 rider #6 Shawn Maffenbeier and Women's National #1 Denaye Giroux.
"As the official Yamalube Factory Team, we are also pleased to announce that #46 MX1 rider Shawn Robinson will be joining us under the tent with help from MX 101 and the Robinson Brothers," says Jackie Maffenbeier.
"Giroux is going to have to be on top of her game as she defends her #1 plate this year," says Randy Maffenbeier. "The women are getting stronger each year and even with a modified series, the competition will be fierce."
"Shawn Robinson is really going to surprise a lot of people this year," says Jackie Maffenbeier. "We noticed his capability of great speed last season and with the training he's been doing with Todd Schumlick at the PerformX camps in California, he will be a more fit and consistent rider with much better results."
