There is currently a measles outbreak in British Columbia. Two hundred cases have been confirmed in a community in the Fraser Valley. Last year, total, across Canada, there were 83 cases. In 2011, that number was a scant ten.

Yorkton Exhibition cancels harness racing for 2014

The Yorkton Exhibition will not be hosting Harness Races Friday evenings in 2014. The YEA has been trying to work with the Saskatchewan Government to find options for funding to save Harness Racing in Yorkton but have been unsuccessful.
