Rider Pride is infectious and compelling. The residents of Saskatchewan and elsewhere in Canada and around the globe can have fun with it. It's not political or religious although it can border on the latter on occasion.

Can someone please deliver me from these crazies who believe that the current alternate energy ideas and projects will provide us with never ending solutions to global warming and all the power generating ills that beset us.

Oh, the memory flashes can play nasty tricks on a feeble brain such as the one that I have laid claim to over these past many years. I'm stuck with it. There are no brain transplants in the near future.

It is heartening to see some rallying around the Roche Percee revival plan. It may be a modest one, but from small seeds, tall trees can sometimes grow.

The Editor, Congratulations King Brad. With a few simple strokes of the pen you have done what no other Saskatchewan premier has ever attempted or wanted to attempt; you have turned Saskatchewan into Alberta.

Well, back to work now. I hope everbody enjoyed their Victoria's Secret holiday on Monday. I don't know why they've named this holiday after a wimmin's lacy, racy underwear catalogue, but hey, I'll take a holiday whenever it's handed to me.

Thursday's end of the 2010 spring sitting of the Saskatchewan legislature could not have come soon enough.
