YORKTON - Youth attending Yorkton Nursery School have had some local celebrity readers visiting.

Over a week eight members of Yorkton’s SJHL Terriers read to the school’s 52 children. It was the 13th year for the Terriers to read at the school.

And, for the first time five members of the AAA Midget Maulers also read to the students.

The favourite book was Go Away Big Green Monster, and the children also picked books for the hockey players to read to them.

Some of the students also read to the hockey players.
