Jeff Ball, one of the arresting officers, pose with 23 pounds of marijuana seized in a traffic stop May 1 near Theodore. Clark Protz was charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking and released on a promise to appear in Yorkton provincial court on June 24.
