Don't take chances with the family pet

There are many things to worry about when trying to keep cool as the temperature rises. One thing that often gets forgotten is how the family pet is battling the heat. Animals are susceptible to overheating because of their limited ability to sweat.

Unemployment low

Unemployment in Saskatchewan hit a historic low in July, clocking-in at 3.3 per cent (seasonally adjusted). This is the lowest unemployment rate on record for the province since Statistics Canada started recording employment data in 1976.
