As towns and cities in Saskatchewan prepare for their municipal elections on October 24th, Access7 is doing its part by airing candidate profiles and forums, as well as live election day coverage for communities around the province.
Beginning this week, Access7 will begin airing the Yorkton candidates forum. Repeat broadcasts of the forum will allow voters the unique opportunity to hear from the candidates in a candid manner, and decide who would best represent the Yorkton area. For dates and times of forum airings, Access customers should check their local listings.
Coverage will culminate on October 24th election day when Access7 will provide live election coverage from city hall. Channel 7 will be Yorkton's best source for election results as they come in, as well as candidate interviews and reactions.
