Visiting Gerry Hnatiuk at his farm in Goodeve was his nephew Danny Dorish of Ontario and John Bohach of Camrose, Alberta.
With full swing harvest nearing as well as stormy weather on the evening of Mon., Aug. 29, the annual Goodeve Richardson Pioneer Customer Appreciation Supper turned out an attendance of over 200 satisfied customers. A special thanks was given to Darlene & Garry Dubiel for catering another fantastic meal (12th consecutive). Also a thank-you to the Goodeve Community Centre volunteers for the work involved in the set up and operations to keep the crowd refreshed. The annual supper was once again a success drawing a crowd from Kelliher to Melville, and Lemberg to Jedburgh with many loyal customers from the immediate trading area in attendance. Thank you to everyone and have a safe & happy harvest!
