This June, Yorkton was named the 2011 Provincial Launch Site for Recreation & Parks month by the the Saskatchewan Parks & Recreation Association. In celebration, the city hosted a family party in Weinmaster Park on Saturday afternoon featuring games, entertainment, and food.
