Yorkton's elementary schools have been holding their annual Christmas concerts throughout the month of December. St. Alphonsus School presented The Bethlehem Broadcast, an original play written by Grade 3 teacher Carol Nagy, at St. Gerard's Parish Complex.


St. Paul's School performed Christmas Hang-Ups at Sacred Heart High School-a musical about talking Christmas tree ornaments.


St. Mary's School based its concert around the theme of "It's Christmas Everywhere." Musical numbers representing different cultures from around the world were shown, including this Caribbean-styled song by the Grade 1 class.


Yorkdale Central School's Christmas program at Yorkton Regional High School featured musical numbers by Grades K to 5 and a school-wide sing-along.


Grade 1 students sing 'Nuttin' for Christmas' at the Yorkdale Central School Christmas concert on Dec. 14. It was one of several seasonal songs shared at the concert held at the Anne Portnuff Theatre.
