We see the bell tower of the Town Hall in the background and the Baptist Church, which was then located on the south-west corner of Smith Street and Third Avenue North. Mr. W.L.D. Kilborn, Yorkton's second Overseer from 1896-1899 seems to be in conversation with Mrs. Goodwin about a sleigh he is pulling.
