Nine communities have been selected to receive funding for community beautification project through Community Futures Ventures.
Community Futures Ventures has received overwhelming interest in its Community Beautification Works Project initiative. This summer, a total of $10,000 will be shared by 9 communities within the Community Futures Ventures region. As well, Community Futures Ventures board of directors and staff will provide 2 days of hands on labour to assist with each project.
Developed to promote economic development, Community Futures Beautification Works Project provides a unique opportunity for communities to access funding to assist with a beautification project that shares collaborative efforts and volunteer work.
