Another suspect associated with a rural crime spree between August and November 2015 has pleaded out.
In Yorkton Provincial Court April 27, 19-year-old Jordan Wilson pleaded guilty to five counts of break and enter including one residence and four businesses, the Atwater Service Centre, the Fountain Tire and Co-op in Preeceville and the Chuckwagon Diner in Sturgis.
Wilson also pleaded guilty to one count each of possession of property obtained by crime (firearms) and careless storage of firearms.
The Crown issued stays of proceedings on six other charges.
Judge Patrick Reis ordered a pre-sentence report and scheduled a sentencing hearing for July 5.
In March, two other adults, Samuel Johnson and Mackenzie Johnson, also pleaded guilty to a number of charges related to the crime wave. They both face sentencing May 27.
Two youths, who cannot be named because they are less than 18 years of age, have already been sentenced to two years probation after pleading guilty to involvement in some of the crimes.
In all, five adults and five youths were charged with 167 offences.
