Steve Procyshen of Parkland Printers presented a cheque for $1,000 to Ross Fisher, Executive Director of The Health Foundation, to help fund the conceptual plan for a new regional hospital. "Everyone can see the growth that's happening in this area, and it just makes sense that we need to plan for a new regional hospital that will be able to keep up with all of the changes that are happening. Our population is growing, and it will grow a lot more in the next few years. We need to plan for that and we need to deal with the fact that this current hospital is old and we are out growing it, said Procyshen. "We really appreciate this donation and the support of Parkland Printers," said Fisher. "We have seen terrific support from the business community, and I hope some of those that haven't yet had the opportunity to donate will follow the lead of Procyshen and others of the business community that are getting behind this project," continued Fisher.
