Congratulations to Brennen Zimmer and Natasha Ippolito who were married Sept. 22 in Regina. Brennen is the son of Elsie (Andersen) and Malvin Zimmer. Many relatives and friends from the Dubuc-Grayson area attended the ceremony and celebrated with them at the reception and dance that followed.
Congratulations to Fred and Terri Marshall who became grandparents again when Jaeden Parker was born Sun., Sept. 9 to their daughter, Mandee Lynn. Thank goodness for electronic internet communications as it makes Nova Scotia a little bit closer and, although it isn't the same as being there, at least the pictures are instantly available.
Brian Rogers has arrived from Nova Scotia to make his home in Saskatchewan. Brian is currently staying with parents, Terri and Fred Marshall, and sister, Becky. Welcome to the Prairies, Brian.
Daphne and Neil Meunier of Estevan were Saturday visitors at coffee row. They treated everyone to donuts. Thank you very much! Daphne and Neil Meunier visited with friends and also with her brother, Rodney Groseth, and June Haas while in town last weekend. Get well wishes go out to June. We hope you are on the mend and feeling like a million bucks by now.
Tammy Clark of Cochrane, AB, was home visiting with her Mom, Sharon Clark. She attended coffee row with mom and renewed acquaintances. While here, she also spent some time with her Dad, Mervin Clark, who resides in Bangor at Morris Lodge. They motored to Esterhazy for medical appointments while she was home. She also helped her dad celebrate his birthday by visiting friends in Dubuc and having supper at the Dubuc Hotel. Happy birthday, Merv, we hope you had a great day!
Sympathy of Dubuc and Community is extended to the family and friends of Lillian Clauson, from Yorkton, formerly of Dubuc, who passed away Oct. 2 at the age of 91. Lillian was predeceased by her husband, David. She is survived by a daughter, Bev (Rienny) Kulcsar of Yorkton, their children, Brad, Tyla, Blair, Renee and their families and a son, Lloyd (Judy) Clauson, also of Yorkton, and their children, Darrin, Tammy and their families.
Vivian and Jim Talbot were Regina visitors again this week for medical appointments.
