Yorkton Fire Protective Services and the Salvation Army Food Bank worked together with the Extinguish Hunger campaign, an effort to put food back on the shelves at the food bank in Yorkton. While the exact value of the amount raised is not known at press time, the food bank received two trucks filled with food as a result of the campaign, which set up shop at Save-On Foods and Superstore.
