The Yorkton Film Festival has partnered with Culture Days in Yorkton. Culture Days is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 dedicated to building a national network of cultural connections to allow Canadians to participate and appreciate all forms of arts and culture. This is a Canada wide, and Saskatchewan wide, event that takes place over the September 25 – 27 weekend.

“Culture Days is a wonderful opportunity for the entire community to be able to spend a weekend appreciating arts and cultures of all kinds,” said Randy Goulden, YFF executive director. “From films to yoga, ballroom dancing to ethnic cooking, chalk drawing to vintage clothing, there is certainly something for everyone.”

The festival will host two film screenings as part of the programming, on Friday, September 25 at 1:30 p.m. at the New Horizon’s Seniors Centre and on Saturday, September 26 at 10 a.m. at the Yorkton Family Resource Centre.
