Girls Night Out featuring Kelita Haverland and comedian Leland Klassen is coming to Yorkton on November 24, 2011 at Prairie Harvest Christian Life Centre. Girls Night Out events are evenings of fun, faith and fellowship. Begun in 2005, the all-Canadian Girls Night Out events have now spread to the UK, New Zealand and the United States. Girls Night Out is better than ever with their new event "Recipes For Success."

This dynamic event engages women with humour through comedy, inspires them with a relevant message, as well as offers time for fellowship (with lots of chocolate) and ministry. Everyone who attends Girls Night Out will receive a complimentary copy of the heartwarming Canadian anthology A Second Cup of Hot Apple Cider.

Kelita Haverland (www.kelita.com) is singer songwriter, comedienne, and speaker who blends humour and laughter with her deeply personal song lyrics for an unforgettable evening. "Girls Night Out is one of my favorite events," says Haverland. "I am so fortunate to be a part of this wonderful uplifting night that is especially designed for women. While weaving in my original songs, I share my real life experiences including childhood sexual abuse, the residue of post abortion pain, and an abusive marriage - all of which God's love and grace has set me free!"

Leland Klassen (www.lelandklassen.com) is recognized as Canada's premier clean comedian. His unique blend of physical comedy and endearing charm, clever observations and life experiences are brought to life in a one of a kind show.

"It's a wonderful evening for women to go and have fun fellowship and to share the message. It was all great. A lot of good messages and tools we can take with us to our family." -Sharon Richard

"I thought it was just an awesome night. Very inspirational and educational, very heart-warming. Glad I came."

-Darlene Sherk
