The Gold Bracelet is a film made in Hollywood in the aftermath of the 2001 terrorist attack on the twin towers in New York. This film is a tender hearted story of a young immigrant family and its peaceful existence until the attacks shatter their world and force them to face harsh realities in America.

The film speaks to the viewer on more than one level. It is fun, it is serious, it is painful, it is poignant. It focuses on life, on love, on similarities instead of differences between people. Through the web of the story the film helps the viewer to rise above the pettiness of cultural and religious divisions. It explores the integration issues faced by every immigrant family such as dating, marriage, respect, generation gap between parents and children, religious and cultural norms and the conflict that occurs when there is a clash of values.

The Gold Bracelet is set to be released across North America in 2013. It has been shown at film festivals and won numerous awards.
