Jack Koch who has Six J's Holdings in Rhein, came forward with a $1,000 donation for the conceptual plan that he presented to Ross Fisher, Executive Director of The Health Foundation.

When asked why he was making the donation Mr. Koch said that he and his family have had to use the hospital in Yorkton on occasion, and he felt that a new regional hospital is a really good idea and he wanted to make a donation to help make sure it happens.

"I've also had to go to Regina when I've had health problems, and hopefully when we build a new hospital, other people won't have to do that because we will have more doctors and services in a new hospital," Mr. Koch continued.

"I really hope other people will make a donation and support this planning for a new hospital too," he continued. "Eventually we all use the hospital, and it makes sense for all of us to support this and make sure we have a good modern hospital available locally."

"Mr. Koch has been a good supporter of The Health Foundation for a number of years now, and we are very glad that we continue to earn his support and trust with the work that we do," said Ross Fisher.
