Hey Romeo

Canadian Country Music Association Award (CCMA) winning trio, Hey Romeo, will join Gord Bamford on select dates during his cross-Canada tour, Is It Friday Yet? Hey Romeo recently inked a deal with Royalty Records, for the release of their third studio album (June 2012). Kicking off in New Glasgow, NS on March 15, Hey Romeo will give concertgoers a sneak peak at their new tracks, in addition to performing classic fan favourites. Over the span of their career, Hey Romeo have performed alongside legendary country acts including Sugarland and Johnny Reid, making a name for themselves within the Canadian country music industry. Last year was particularly memorable as the band was honoured with Group of the Year at the 2011 CCMA Awards. In 2010, the group's sophomore album, That's What I Am, sparked five hit singles including "Searchin' For You," which went Top 20 on both the Mediabase and BDS charts, and "That's What I Am" peeked at #13 on the Billboard Canada. They will be performing on April 26 at the Anne Portnuff Theatre in Yorkton.
