Yorkton’s emergency services responded to an incident on Smith St. on the morning of Sept. 18 where a car went through trees and into a back yard. One vehicle was involved in the incident, and a single person was sent to the hospital. The cause of the collision is currently under investigation. The west-bound lane of Smith St. was closed as the car was extracted from the yard.
