Persons visiting Kenosee Superslides Waterpark on June 26, 2013, may have been exposed to waterbourne communicable disease, due to poor water quality.
If you or your child visited Kenosee Superslides Waterpark and experience symptoms of illness in the next few days or weeks, please consult your Family Physicians and inform your local Public Health Nurse.
Symptoms of illness related to this incident could include any of the following; diarrhea, vomiting, ear, throat and eye infections.
It is known that students from Melville Comprehensive School (grades 7-9) and MacDonald School, in Stockholm (grades 6-9) were in attendance on June 26 at the Kenosee Superslides Waterpark.
