Council approved the extension of Kelsey Bay and signalization of a new Broadway Street East intersection in 2010.

"The Kelsey Bay extension involves the installation of a signalized intersection on Broadway Street East; the renovation of the existing Parkland Mall entrance and the extension of Kelsey Bay. The construction estimate provided for $250,000 for this work, said Shaw.
