After more than a decade as the head librarian at the Yorkton Public Library Melody Wood announced her retirement several weeks ago. Tuesday a come and go event was held at YPL to officially mark Wood's retirement. The afternoon included a 'flash mob' performance relating to reading by students from Dr. Brass School.
