A man who escaped custody at Melville court on Monday has been captured by Yorkton RCMP at a residence in Yorkton. Christopher Adam Miller, 28, of Melville, escaped the provincial court room in Melville on Monday morning.


A man who escaped custody at Melville court on Monday has been captured by Yorkton RCMP at a residence in Yorkton.

Christopher Adam Miller, 28, of Melville, escaped the provincial court room in Melville on Monday morning. He was re-arrested during the early morning hours of September 20. He is now charged with escaping lawful custody in addition to his original charge of breaching a court order.
