The drug trial of a woman in Yorkton last week ended in a mistrial after several days in court.

The trial of Livia Sabo at the Yorkton Court of Queen's Bench ended suddenly on April 20 due to a breakdown of the solicitor-client relationship, said Shane Wagner, the prosecutor in the case. A mistrial was ruled and proceedings will begin again at an undetermined date.

Sabo is charged with production of marijuana, production of marijuana resin, theft of electricity, and possession for the purposes of trafficking.
