After an internal and nation-wide search, SaskGaming is pleased to welcome Susan Flett as the corporation’s new President and CEO effective July 1, 2015.
After building her career at Crown Life Canada and Crown Investments Corporation, Flett joined SaskGaming in 2000 as Director of Player Relations. In 2004 she was appointed Director of Marketing, in 2010 she became Vice President of Marketing and in 2013 she was named the corporation’s Chief Marketing Officer.
“Susan is well-qualified with fifteen years of expertise and experience at SaskGaming,” Minister responsible for SaskGaming Nancy Heppner said. “Our government is confident that her leadership will be an asset to the corporation.”
Flett takes over from former SaskGaming President and CEO Twyla Meredith who retired her post on March 31, 2015. Until a permanent replacement could be named, SaskGaming’s Executive Director of Human Resources Blaine Pilatzke held the interim position.
